📅 Exchange Period
- 🔄 You can request an exchange within 6 days of receiving your order.
- 📦 The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We currently do not offer refunds. However, eligible items can be exchanged according to the policy below.

- 🎨 You received the wrong color.
- 📦 You received the wrong item.
- ⚠️ The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
🚫 Exchange Not Accepted If
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges if:
- ❌ The item has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- ❌ Original tags or packaging are missing.
- ❌ The exchange request is made after 6 days of delivery.
- ❌ The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance sale (unless damaged or incorrect).
📸 How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange:

- 🧾 Share your Order Number.
- 📷 Send clear photos of the product and the issue.
- ⏳ Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
🚚 Exchange Shipping
- ✅ If the mistake is from Vogue Drawer (wrong item, damaged item, or wrong size sent), we will cover the shipping cost.
- 📦 If you're requesting an exchange due to ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
⏱️ Exchange Processing Time
- 📦 Approved exchange requests are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item.
- 🚚 The replacement item will then be shipped using one of our trusted courier partners.
